The Proactive Administrator online training program will provide the support your administrative team really needs to add value to the technical team.

This online program is ideal for any staff involved in the day to day administration of an accounting practice. It is as relevant for a small firm with a single administrator as for a larger firm with an administrative team.

The program runs over 4 weekly session. Each session will run for 90 mins (75 mins presentation, 15 mins Q&A).

All sessions will be recorded with a workbook provided for personal and group use. Registrants can attend the live sessions or listen to the recordings ANYTIME ANYWHERE.

  • Prevent administration from becoming a dumping ground
  • Implement continuous process improvement in your firm

Session 4 – Teamwork and Collaboration
Improve the level of teamwork to achieve great results

  • Establish clear goals and objectives for your team
  • How to work effectively with the technical team
  • What to do when work overload sets in
  • How to deal with different manager styles and situations
