In every firm, there are difficult clients. Often, it seems that they’re taking up all the oxygen in the air. They complain about fees but also take up time that’s simply not recoverable.

In this session, we’ll discuss how to identify the true causes of difficult client relationships. We’ll then present 7 practical steps to turn your nightmares into pleasant dreams.

Who should attend?: This session will benefit any client manager who wants to be more proactive in addressing client issues and complaints, but finds it difficult to deal with these issues in a constructive manner.
