3. KPIs and Reporting – How to set up measurement and reporting systems that are relevant to your firm’s culture and objectives
a. How to communicate firm objectives in a way that’s engaging to your staff
b. Key steps to link firm and individual performance objectives
c. Development of a balanced scorecard approach to firm and individual performance
d. How to overcome behavioural issues associated with inappropriate KPIs
4. Performance review and management – How to really motivate your star performers and effectively manage underperformers
a. Why formal performance reviews are often ineffective and what to do about this
b. Effective use of mid-year performance review to set realistic expectations
c. How to identify and address the issues affecting underperformers
d. Key steps to give your star performers more responsibility and accountability
The Program takes place over 4 weekly 1 hour sessions. All sessions will be recorded and will include a workbook and detailed roadmap for you and your firm to review and implement. In each session, registrants can attend the live sessions or listen to the recordings ANYWHERE, ANYTIME. Access to the recordings is for 6 months following the completion of the live program.
