Grow Your Fee Base in 2015
21 January 2015@ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until 28 January 2015
Are you confident your firm is on track for growth in this financial year?
Feedback from the 2014 Good Bad Ugly Benchmark report shows that most accounting firms are still struggling to grow their revenue and client base.
The start of 2015 is the perfect time to review your firm’s progress. This 2 part program is designed to provide a platform on which you can run your own internal growth workshop in January 2015. The program will cover the following core areas of growth opportunity:
- New service development, including business advisory services
- Strategies for engaging clients with additional services
- Client referral and networking strategies
- Online marketing activities
We’ll also review key issues in relation to internal structure and resources that affect your ability to successfully attract and develop clients.
What’s included in this online program:
- Two Live Sessions – We’ll run 2 online sessions, both 90 minutes in duration, to help you structure your strategic planning process. You can run these as live sessions with the team or use the recordings to guide discussion at a later stage.
- Internal Survey – In preparation for the workshop, we’ll show you how to set up an online survey that you can send to all of your team members to give you their feedback on growth strategies.
- Workbooks – We’ll provide detailed workbooks to guide your team in collaborative discussions and decision making.
- Benchmark Data – We’ll provide some relevant external benchmark reports to assist you in identifying key issues of focus for your firm in creating capacity for growth.
- Templates – A strategic planning and action list template will also be provided to all registrants.
- KPI scorecard – Finally, we’ll show you how to develop a ‘balanced scorecard’ approach to performance measurement. This will incorporate measures and objectives in relation to financial results, client relationships, learning & growth objectives and internal business processes.
