The next Online Leadership Training Program will be presented in November 2014.
This 4 part online program will show your firm’s leaders how to:

- How to meet and exceed the expectations of clients and the firm.
- Consistently meet and exceed your key performance indicators.
- Deal effectively with roadblocks and challenges.
- Manage WIP budgets and turnaround time proactively.
- Deal with client challenges and roadblocks in a timely manner.
- Clearly communicate expectations and job requirements.
- Delegate effectively through clear communication.
- Engage your staff by giving them responsibility and accountability.
- Make the transition from good to great client service.
All participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback during the course of the program.
This program is suitable for both new and established supervisors, managers and partners. Your registrants can participate as a group or on their own, during or outside work hours. All sessions are recorded.
