$200The accounting industry is rapidly shifting from a reliance on compliance to a stronger advisory focus. This has lead to an increasing emphasis on client relationships and proactive communication in the people we employ and develop.
What are the roles you need for success in 2016 and beyond? Who’s responsible for workflow, client relationships and service delivery?
How will your current people fit into the firm’s new structure? And what does this mean for the people who don’t want to change?
In this 2 part online program, we’ll discuss both existing and new roles for progressive accounting and advisory firms. We’ll provide you with specific guidelines to help you and your team make the transition to stronger advisory focus.
Session 1 – Establish what your people should really be doing
- Develop the right organisational structure for your firm
- Establish responsibilities for workflow, clients and service delivery
- Use diagnostic tools and interveiws to identify individual strengths
Session 2 – Engage and develop your staff to achieve your firm’s goals
- Create a strong link between firm culture and individual goals
- Engage and develop staff on the basis of their motivation abilities
- Know what to do when the right people are in the wrong role
What’s included in this online program:
- Two Live Sessions and recordings – We’ll run 2 online sessions, each 60 minutes in duration. Recordings of each session will be available following the live session
- Workbook and support material – A workbook and support material will be provided to assist you and your team with developing an effective pricing policy
