Is your firm’s annual client re-engagement process as good as it could be? How does it compare with other firms? Do your clients truly understand the terms of engagement?

The start of a new financial year is your opportunity to refocus on the way you engage clients – on what you’re doing well and what could be improved. It’s your opportunity to take control of the client re-engagement process and free up more time for advisory work.

In this 2 part program, we’ll be taking you through the key steps required to really take control of your client relationships and compliance workflow in the new financial year. You’ll come out of this program with a SPECIFIC ACTION PLAN to tighten up your client re-engagement process.

The first session will outline the practical steps your firm should take to re-engage clients with clear scope of work, fixed fee for service and scheduling of work. We’ll also show you how to communicate any changes on terms of engagement clearly and without client resistance.

In the second session, we’ll provide a practical step by step process for the scheduling of compliance and advisory work in the new financial year. We’ll outline the common roadblocks to effective workflow scheduling and provide practical steps on how to overcome these obstacles.

2.       Develop a workflow scheduling process that smooths out peaks and troughs

What’s included in this online program:

1.       Two Live Sessions – We’ll run 2 online sessions, both 60 minutes in duration, to help you develop your client engagement and workflow management strategy for the new financial year.

2.       Documented Procedures – We’ll provide procedures for client re-engagement, workflow scheduling, calling in of work and management of changes in scope of work.

3.       Workbook – We’ll provide a workbook to assist you and your team in developing a specific and relevant action plan.

By the end of this program, you’ll have a practical action plan to implement your client re-engagement and workflow scheduling processes in the new financial year.
